Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges:
– FREE Shipping is available on all orders above INR 599.
– For orders equal to or below INR 599:
– Shipping charges for Cash on Delivery: INR 80
– Shipping charges for Prepaid: INR 60

Product Authenticity:
Batch IDs of the product may vary depending on stock availability. However, all products are 100% authentic.

Delivery Timeline:

Orders are shipped and delivered within 4 to 7 working days.

Privacy and Data Protection:
To provide our services and fulfill orders, Sanyukt Skin collects and hosts certain user information. We are committed to protecting your personal data and maintaining confidentiality.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:
1. Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting customer support. Once the order is dispatched or ready for shipment, cancellation will no longer be possible.

2. After Dispatch:
If your order has been dispatched, you can still cancel it by refusing delivery at your doorstep.

3. Combo Packs:
Cancellation of any product in a combo pack will result in the cancellation of the entire combo/order.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
Refunds will be credited within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is approved.

5. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Shipments:
If your order is returned to the Sanyukt Skin warehouse due to rejection or courier issues, the refund will be processed after the product passes a quality check.

Note: If an order handed over to the delivery partner is canceled, the courier may still attempt delivery. In such cases, kindly refuse the delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return Requests for Defective Delivery:
Returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving the product for the following reasons:
– Damaged product
– Missing product
– Empty box delivered
– Incorrect/wrong product delivered
– Expired product delivered
– Used or unauthentic product delivered

Unboxing Video Requirement:
For returns, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the Sanyukt Skin seal/tape.

Refund Conditions:
– Products must be in their original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.

General Returns:
– Return requests for reasons other than defects must be initiated within 5 days of receipt.
– Return Charges: INR 300 will be deducted for refunds of non-damaged products. Replacement requests will incur an INR 150 re-shipping fee.

Non-Returnable Cases:
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
– Misused or overused products
– Physical damage not reported upon delivery
– Missing original packaging, tags, or freebies
– Altered or tampered products

Return and Exchange Process
1. Contact customer support at sanyuktskin@gmail.com or +91 9999610010 (10 am-6 pm, Mon-Sat).
2. Provide your order ID and share images/videos of the product(s) with visible batch numbers.
3. Sanyukt Skin will schedule a return pickup within 3-4 business days.
4. Refunds will be initiated after verification of the returned product.

5. The exchanged or replaced products will be delivered within 5 to 10 days.

Refund Timelines:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment mode within 5-7 business days of initiation.

– Exchanges are processed through cash-on-delivery only.
– A re-shipping fee of INR 150 applies to exchanges, while INR 300 is deducted for returns of non-damaged products.
